Hey lovelies !
The theme of OwlCrate box for July was Strange & Unusual.
The first item is an exclusive pennant flag, inspired by Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children and it was designed by Rise Rodil.
Next up is a Stranger Things keychain from Funko, the box included either Dustin or Eleven. I will be honest with you, neither matters to me because I’ve never seen Stranger Things.
The box also included Ouija board mints from Boston America Corp and skull push pins created exclusively by Team OwlCrate.
Another item is an exclusive vinyl sticker of Luna Lovegood created by TJ Lubrano.
The art print was designed exclusively for OwlCrate by Aun-Judi Riddle. It is a lovely print, I’m usually not a fan of those but I may actually find a place for it on my wall.
I left my favourite item from this box to the very end. It is a wallet, exclusively designed by Reverie and Ink, inspired by the Raven Boy. I hope it is of good quality, it does look like it, because I wish to actually use it. Unfortunately, rather recently, I have had bad experiences with certain items out of the OwlCrate boxes and I wouldn’t want something as important as a wallet to fail on me unexpectedly.
The book in July’s box is an exclusive edition of My Plain Jane by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand and Jodi Meadows. Included was also a handwritten letter from the authors and a paper craft inspired by Mr. Rochester’s eerie home. It is a retelling of Jane Eyre that follows beloved trio on a journey through orphanages, Thornfield Hall and the Victorian world of the occult.
That’s it from July’s OwlCrate box, I have mixed feelings about it, I suppose Strange & Unusual is not really my theme. I hope you guys enjoyed the post regardless!
Until next time, Dream On, Dreamers!
