I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to write a review for this book, but I made it this far in the series, right?
I still don’t like Marguerite and it doesn’t matter what she does, there is no salvation and the second main character, Paul, is dull. Both of their decisions are morally questionable.
The plot seems like it’s dragged out for far too long, it doesn’t have the same effect as it had in book one. The author just keeps coming up with rules that suit her and it doesn’t quite stick together.
That’s it, that’s all I’m going to say. There has been no improvement from second book and I didn’t enjoy it that much. Glad to be done with this series, it is time to move on to something else.
I know this is not the most eloquent review but I don’t have any more energy for it, it isn’t worth any more of my time.
Thank you for reading and until next time, Dream On, Dreamers!
