I cannot begin to describe the urge I have recently had to read cyberpunk/dystopian/apocalyptic novels. And so I did what anyone unfamiliar with these genres would do.
I googled the best choices and ordered the first four that caught my attention. Simple but hopefully effective!
I got “Want” by Cindy Pon, “On the Beach” by Nevil Shute, “Neuromancer” by William Gibson and “The Windup Girl” by Paolo Bacigalupi.
I am particularly excited to start Neuromancer, I have seen it being referenced in some comic books I’ve read recently and Willian Gibson is a highly praised author. I think it will be the first book out of the lot I will dive into.
